Merchant247 provides a digital platform that enables users, retailers, distributors, and partners to perform financial and utility-related transactions including, but not limited to, KYC API services, payments & collections, banking APIs, and travel APIs. The services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally competent to enter into contracts
  • All information provided by you is true and accurate

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our API systems
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Services & Transactions

Merchant247 facilitates digital transactions but does not operate as a bank. We act as an intermediary between users and financial/service institutions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely services. Transaction completion depends on banks, operators, and third-party systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merchant247 shall not be liable for transaction delays or failures caused by third-party systems, network downtime, or loss of profits arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, where the company is registered.
